Terms of Service

By creating an account or using ReportKite, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an agency or company, you confirm you are allowed to bind it, and “you” means that organization.

ReportKite connects to analytics accounts you authorize, builds reports under your own branding, and emails them on the schedule you set. The figures come from the providers you connect; we present them, we do not audit or verify them.

Keep your credentials to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 18 and use ReportKite for business purposes.

This is the important one. When you connect an analytics account belonging to a client, you confirm that you have that client’s permission to access their data and to send them reports built from it. You remain responsible for the relationship with your clients and for complying with the privacy laws that apply to it.

You keep all rights to your data and your clients’ data. We access it only to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• connect accounts you are not authorized to access;
• resell or white-label ReportKite itself as your own product (branding the reports is exactly what the service is for — reselling the application is not);
• attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or circumvent the limits of the service;
• use ReportKite to send unsolicited bulk email;
• use it for anything unlawful.

• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
• 30-day money-back guarantee. If ReportKite is not for you, ask within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, no questions asked.
• Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply to you. If we change prices, existing subscribers are told at least 30 days in advance and the new price applies from the following renewal.

ReportKite depends on services we do not control — Google Analytics, Google Search Console, email delivery and payment providers. If one of them changes its terms, its API, or its availability, the service may change with it. We are not responsible for those providers’ acts or outages.

We work to keep ReportKite running and reports going out on time, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may take the service down for maintenance, and we will avoid scheduled send windows when we do.

Features marked beta, and the service as a whole during our founding period, are provided as they are: they may change, break or disappear. Founding-agency pricing, once granted, is honoured for as long as the subscription stays active.

The ReportKite application, name and design belong to us. These terms give you the right to use the service, not to own any part of it. Any feedback you send us, we may use freely to improve the product.

ReportKite is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that puts the service or other users at risk, or that goes unpaid — we will tell you why, and give you a chance to fix it where that is reasonable. On termination, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will email account holders at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use ReportKite after that means you accept the new terms.
